Hi and welcome! I’m Lis — a passionate guide in the world of holistic health, women’s wellness, and nutrition. For the past 10 years, I’ve been deeply committed to exploring what truly works for my body, mind, and hormones. Not through quick fixes or trendy fads, but through trial, learning, listening, and slowly building a lifestyle rooted in balance.

My personal health journey began with a lot of questions — and not a lot of answers. I struggled with digestive issues, fluctuating energy levels, stress, hormonal imbalances, and the frustrating cycle of not feeling quite right in my own body. Sound familiar?
